The Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine (CLM) is a 60-hour certificate program, to provide healthcare practitioners with lifestyle medicine education and competencies to aid in the evaluation, prevention, and management of lifestyle-related chronic health conditions to reduce chronic disease morbidity.
